Stefanini is hiring SAP HCM senior consultants to join one of our Portugal-based clients operating within the retail business sector.
- Work model: hybrid (on-site 3 days per week at the clients office in Lisbon - Amoreiras zone);
- Project duration: long-term (1 year as a Stefanini consultant joining the clients structure after that period);
Role tasks:
- Ensure the support maintenance and evolution of SAP HR modules across the business;
- Support to our end-users maintenance and evolution in the modules of Payroll (PY) Personnel Administration (PA) Organizational Management (OM) and Time Management (PM);
- Acting as a project manager you should ensure the requirements gathering design and implement the new features and law requirements in those modules;
- Follow and understand the legislation relevant to PY PA OM and PM modules in the three geographies.
Role requirements:
- You have a masters degree level in Computer Science or related HR or management areas;
- You have minimum 4 years experience in working with SAP;
- Proven experience in SAP HCM projects (development quality assurance and support);
- A Project Manager skilful (end-to-end experience of the project lifecycle);
- A Functional and Technical knowledgeable in SAP Payroll (Mandatory);
- A Legal knowledgeable of Labour Law in Portugal;
- ABAP Programming and/or Outsystems proficiencies a plus;
- Spoken written presentation and communications skills in English.
