As a sales manager for the underwater positioning and communication product portfolio you will be working across the offshore energy and academic markets. Ideally with a background in offshore construction survey you will leverage your experience and expertise to provide the most operationally effective solutions for your customers application. You will be responsible for maintaining customer accounts developing new business and achieving sales targets. The role is ideal for a candidate that is looking to transition from offshore to a shore-based position and continue to apply their knowledge and skills.

What you will be doing

• Sales of Underwater Positioning and Communication Systems.

• Represent Kongsberg at industry conferences and exhibitions.

• Prepare quotations and engage in contract negotiations.

• Achieving forecasted sales targets for defined area.

• International travel may be .

We think you should have

• BSc in Hydrographic Survey Ocean Science Ocean Engineering or similar.

• Ideally 3 to 5 years operational experience in offshore construction survey.

• Experience is solution-based sales and negotiations.

• Self drive and initiative.

• Awareness of relevant industries / competitors.
