Job Description
1. Ensure adequate raw material to support production plan and timely issuance of Purchase Requisition
2. Monitor and expedite critical raw material to prevent stock out.
3. Work closely with Production Planning team and highlight any supplies issues that will impact to production plan
4. Coordinating with vendor and logistics team for material collection and provide information of shipment mode (by air or ocean)
5. Provide rolling forecast of raw material to vendor/buyer as required
6. Generate accurate weekly inventory reports and timely dispatch to relevant parties
7. Accountable for HSE implementation and performance in respective departments.
8. Providing Leadership in respective area and responsible for other HSE activities that are assigned by Management.
