Job Description
Our client is a well-established Chinese Financial Institution in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for Head of IT to strengthen their IT function.
Responsibilities
- Directly reports to CEO and lead a small team
- Monitor all IT operations including network infrastructure and help desk functions
- Manage IT security & compliance control
- Provide technical advice and expertise to support the technology solutions while maintaining the integrity and quality of the operating environment
- Develop and revise BCM model
- Lead data security and compliance projects
- Manage the team to perform system implementation enhancement troubleshooting and health checks
- Perform application maintenance to ensure and align with business needs
- Perform changes to improve operational efficiency
- Liaise with Vendors and external consultants on service management
Requirements
- University degree/ college diploma in Technology discipline or related field
- Minimum 8 years experience in IT preferably in asset management brokerage or banking industry
- Minimum 3 years team management experience is preferred
- Ability to work under pressure with strong communication and analytical skills
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential
