Program Overview
WIM Early Careers seeks to attract develop and retain recent college graduates to our Wealth & Investment Management division. Our goal is to build bench strength and increase our commitment to inclusion in WIM.
The Wells Fargo Wealth & Investment Management (WIM) Analyst Program is ideal for recent undergraduates interested in working in a collaborative environment focused on personal and professional development.
Participants will be placed with a team in one of the WIM lines of business below. Over a two-year non-rotational period analysts will engage in intensive deep-dive sessions focusing on our key businesses group project work coaching and mentoring and exposure to key leaders. Anticipated roles responsibilities include investment management financial analytics project management consulting and beyond in a home office or middle/back office environment. Analyst roles will not be directly client-facing.
Professional development during the program centers on growing communication and presentation skills product and market educational sessions personal branding and awareness and project team assignments supporting strategic initiatives. After completion of the development program participants are placed within a business that fits their skill set and readiness level.

Program Duration: Two years full-time. Start date: July 2026
Program Locations: The WIM Analyst Program offers opportunities across the business in locations aligned to our headquarter locations: Charlotte NC; Minneapolis MN; and St. Louis MO.
The position locations are determined by business needs and are tied to the business function. Applicants are encouraged to be open to relocation for which a small stipend is provided.

This position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements including successful completion and clearing of a background check. Internal transfers are subject to compliance with 17 CFR 240.17f-2 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and FINRA Bylaws Article III Section 3 which states that Associated Persons should not be subject to statutory disqualification. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and are required to report certain incidents.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements skills experience or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
