Job description
- Assist the sales team with preparing quotations delivery orders and invoices
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Key in SO/ PO in the system
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Admin/Sales Coordinator
- Shipping knowledge would be an advantage
- Computer knowledge (e.g. Word Excel and etc)
- GCE O/Diploma in any discipline
