- Employee Data Management - Collating employee feedback and recording Analysis of data
- HR Systems -Accurately prepares attendance report for payroll Checks attendance entry
- Payroll - Accurately prepares payroll
- Employee Benefits - Facilitates processing of benefits covering leaves medical and hospital benefits insurance and other benefits the company provides and government mandatory benefits
- Administrative Support - Processes requisitions for supplies equipment and funds Assists in conducting employee orientation and training and development activities including facilitating evaluation.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Atleast 2 years of relevant experience - With compensation and benefits experience
- Graduate of any related course
- Amenable to work in Pasig City Office
- Warm personality with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work well under limited supervision.
- Great communication skills.
- Salary is negotiable based on experience
