Job Summary:
As a Business Analyst you will analyze business processes identifying opportunities for improvement and developing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. As a Business Analyst you will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements analyze data and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
Job responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders including executives managers and end-users to gather and document detailed business requirements. Conduct interviews workshops and surveys to understand business needs and objectives.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies bottlenecks and areas for improvement. Utilize process mapping techniques to visualize workflows and propose optimized solutions.
- Collect analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends patterns and insights. Use statistical methods and data visualization tools to present findings in a clear and actionable manner.
- Develop comprehensive business cases that outline the benefits costs and risks associated with proposed solutions. Present recommendations to stakeholders and facilitate decision-making.
- Work closely with MIS and development teams to design and implement solutions that align with business requirements. Ensure solutions are scalable sustainable and meet quality standards.
- Assist in the planning execution and monitoring of projects. Develop project plans timelines and budgets. Track progress and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on project status deliverables and any changes to requirements. Facilitate meetings and presentations to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Stay informed about industry trends best practices and emerging technologies. Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation including business requirements process maps data analysis reports and project plans. Ensure documentation is accurate up-to-date and accessible to relevant parties.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within a corporate environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g. Excel SQL Tableau Power BI Alteryx).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Ability to adapt to changing business environments and priorities.
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills:
- Experience in specific industries (e.g. finance technology) may be preferred.
