This opportunity is in Auckland for a leading NZ dealership. We are also recruiting for other Ford Technician roles in various locations across NZ Ford Diagnostic or Master Technician brand training is also required for these roles.
The dealerships are top class with supportive Service Managers and all with a team of friendly technicians in the workshop.
You will be performing a range of mechanical duties on Ford passenger cars as well as other brands of used/trade in vehicles.
Skills sought
- Ford franchise brand training - preferably up to Diagnostic or Master Technician level
- Valid automotive trade qualification
- Experience as an automotive technician / motor mechanic repairing servicing and diagnosing passenger cars is essential
- Solid problem solving / diagnostic ability
- Ability to complete major repairs
- Ability to assist / train junior technicians
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Be computer literate
