Onze opdrachtgever is een gespecialiseerd ingenieursbureau dat gebouwen installaties en objecten in kaart brengt met 3D-scannen 3D-modelleren (scan-to-BIM) en monitoring. Het team combineert praktische innovatie met high-end meetapparatuur en helpt klanten fouten in ontwerp en uitvoering te voorkomen. Het bedrijf is ISO 9001 gecertificeerd en beschikt over erkenningen voor oppervlaktebepalingen conform NEN 2580 en NTA 2581. Naast projecten geven zij trainingen kennissessies en voeren pilottrajecten uit voor organisaties die hun meet- en modelleerprocessen willen professionaliseren.

Functieomschrijving

Ben jij bouwkundig tekenaar met ruime ervaring in 2D-tekenen Lijkt het je een mooie uitdaging om bestaande (monumentale) gebouwen op basis van pointclouds uit te werken Dan is dit iets voor jou. Je maakt volledig zelfstandig hoogwaardige 2D-tekeningen van bestaande gebouweneen vak apart zeker bij grote en complexe overleg is doorgroei/omscholing naar 3D Revit-modelleur mogelijk.

Projecten

Je werkt aan een breed palet van bestaande gebouwen en terreinen van kleinere objecten tot grote monumentale complexen.

Profiel van de ideale kandidaat

• 5 jaar ervaring als bouwkundig tekenaar met AutoCAD.
• Afgeronde MBO of HBO Bouwkunde.
• Zeer zelfstandig nauwkeurig en planmatig; je maakt en bewaakt heldere kwaliteitsafspraken met klanten en collegas.
• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels.
• Ervaring met inschatten plannen en controleren van tekenwerk (eigen werk n dat van anderen).
• Ervaring met pointcloud-gebaseerd modelleren is een plus maar kan ook snel intern worden aangeleerd.

Jouw bijdrage / verantwoordelijkheid

• Tijdige oplevering van 2D-tekeningen volgens de afgesproken kwaliteitsnormen.
• Consequente toepassing van gemaakte keuzes en afspraken.
• Planningsbewaking en kwaliteitscontrole van eigen werk en dat van collegas.
• Cordinatie van werkzaamheden van buitenlandse collegas; communicatie in het Engels waar nodig.

Job Description

Are you an architectural draftsman with extensive 2D drawing experience Do you see it as an exciting challenge to process existing (historic/monumental) buildings based on point clouds Then this could be for you. You will independently produce high-quality 2D drawings of existing buildingsa specialized craft especially for large and complex objects. Growth/retraining toward becoming a 3D Revit modeler is possible in consultation.

Projects

You will work on a wide range of existing buildings and sites from smaller objects to large monumental complexes.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5 years of experience as an architectural draftsman with AutoCAD.

• Completed MBO or HBO in Architecture/Construction.

• Highly independent precise and structured; able to establish and monitor clear quality agreements with clients and colleagues.

• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.

• Experience in estimating planning and reviewing drawings (own work and that of others).

• Experience with point cloudbased modeling is a plus but can also be learned internally.
