As a Workday Integrations Engineer youll play a critical role in building maintaining and evolving the digital backbone that connects our people systemsdriving efficiency accuracy and scalability across our global operations.

This role can be based in Budapest Helsinki Stockholm or Warsaw. If you are based Hungary Finland Sweden or Poland remote work is also an option.

What Youll Be Doing

• Design and develop integrations between Workday and other internal/external systems using tools like Workday Studio EIB Core Connectors PECI and Picof.

• Build and enhance Workday Extend applications in close collaboration with HR and business stakeholders.

• Own the lifecycle of integrationsfrom design and implementation to testing documentation and support.

• Ensure system security and compliance aligning with audit frameworks like SOC and SOX.

• Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to improve and automate HR workflows.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

• Lead integration-related efforts for Workday system upgrades and feature releases.

What Were Looking For

• 5 years of experience in Workday integrations.

• Proficiency inWorkday Studio EIBs Core Connectors BIRT PECI and Document Transformation.

• Experience with XSLT XTT/ETV and complex report building.

• Strong analytical and communication skills with a high standard of discretion and reliability.

• A proactive mindset and the ability to lead integration projects end-to-end.

• Workday integration certification is a plus.
