Develop and execute regional partnership plans that leverage Virtusas strategic partnerships and align to regional growth priorities.
Drive field engagement to generate partner-sourced deals and support co-sell motions connecting Virtusa sellers with their alliance counterparts at joint target accounts.
Plan and execute partner-focused go-to-market programs in collaboration with Partner Marketing and local sales leadership.
Lead regional alliance meetings and provide regular updates on partnership performance.
Monitor and report on the success of alliance initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
Work with marketing team to develop joint marketing campaigns with key partners.
Manage and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise within the partnership
