Adapteo Denmark has a turnover of DKK 500 million. As part of this an ambitious growth strategy has been developed.
The role as Business Development Manager will be the glue in the commercial operating model where the role supports all commercial functions with analytical power structure development and implementation power. The role reports to the Managing Director but also works close to the management team in other interfaces not least with the Head of Sales and the Marketing Manager. The role will also interact often with Group Corporate Development.
Your mission:
In the role of Business Development Manager you will work to accelerate growth by supporting all the commercial functions with market and segment analysis developing strategies for sales initiatives and supporting the commercial functions throughout the business process.
You will also take part in current sales cases with analysis sales strategy development of pitches and design of high-quality customer material hence you will also work with tasks outside the sales dept. 20-50% of the time.
As a Business Development Manager you will function as the Managing Directors right-hand in the governance process and in reporting. You will also manage the design and implementation of specific development initiatives. You will have an opportunity to influence our business strategy and the exciting journey we are on.
