Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Community Development Manager processes and reviews development applications to ensure compliance with the Declaration of Reservations (Covenants); prepares application information for the Committee of Architecture (COA) meetings; attends COA meetings as needed; responds to reports of concerns from the community associated with potential violations of the Covenants; prepares documents and compiles evidence of covenant violations; prepares documents to notify property owners of violations and expectations; provides customer services to the community.

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm.
Physical Demands
