Job Description
Description of the role:
As a Service Advisor at Patriot CDJR McAlester in McAlester OK you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and coordinating vehicle maintenance and repair services for customers.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to determine their vehicle service needs
- Advise customers on recommended maintenance and repair services
- Schedule service appointments and follow up on completed services
- Ensure customer satisfaction before and after service visits
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service or automotive industry preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
