Works with department Directors and Managers to ensure compliance with departmental policies regulatory requirement budget and Human Resources. Ensure proper staffing/scheduling of associates. Monitor and ensure quality and integrity of work by doing random audits. Responsible for addressing quality of work errors and in-servicing of associates. Position is accountable for the supervision of billing follow-up denials and pre-adjudication functions.
Associates Degree with2 Years experience (Extensive revenue cycle experience acceptable in lieu of Associates Degree)

Exceptional interpersonal abilities including strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while achieving positive outcomes
