Job Description
Hito Solutions is recruiting a Landscape Works Foreman for one of our clients. This is a long-term assignment (minimum duration of 1 year) on a high-profile project. The selected professional will act as the clients on-site specialist for all external works and landscaping. The role involves overseeing the contractors delivery of both hardscape (driveways walkways pools) and softscape (soil preparation irrigation planting of mature trees and ornamental species) ensuring the creation of a sustainable high-quality and private landscape environment for residents.
Key Responsibilities:

Review landscape architecture drawings planting schemes irrigation and lighting specifications.

Inspect the quality and suitability of incoming materials including soil plants pavers and irrigation components.

Oversee the installation of swimming pools water features and advanced irrigation systems.

Supervise soil preparation grading and planting activities ensuring adherence to best horticultural practices.

Inspect construction of hardscape elements verifying quality of workmanship and materials.

Ensure proper maintenance and care of newly planted areas during the establishment period.

Monitor and report on progress highlighting any issues related to pests diseases or installation quality to the Construction Manager.
Qualifications & Experience:

Technical High School Diploma in Agriculture Landscape Architecture or related field.

Minimum of 10 years experience supervising high-end residential resort or luxury commercial landscaping projects.

In-depth knowledge of plant species suitable for the local climate soil science and efficient irrigation systems.

Proven expertise in both hardscape (including swimming pools) and softscape construction.

Fluent English (mandatory).
