Job Description
Aiming for new heights
Were on the lookout for a Business Intelligence Analyst & Product Owner who can combine analytical skills with the ability to prioritise align stakeholders and drive delivery for our BI-focused development team.
Youll be part of our BI department working alongside and collaborating closely with our Data Science colleagues our Head of BI and our development teams. Your role will be a mix of hands-on analysis building internal reporting solutions and acting as the link between business needs and technical executionmaking sure the right things get built and that they create real value inside the organisation.

You bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery. You quickly grasp the essence of a request challenge assumptions when needed and turn it into clear prioritised backlog items that our development team can execute on.

Facilitator & decision-maker
You create clarity where theres ambiguity. Youre comfortable leading discussions aligning stakeholders and making prioritisation calls that keep delivery movingwhile ensuring the right people are informed at the right time.
What to dive into
- Act as Product Owner for our BI-focused development teamowning the backlog refining requirements and aligning delivery with the organisations priorities.
- Lead the design and implementation of internal BI solutions that improve workflows automate manual processes and ensure data is reliable and accessible.
- Develop and maintain reporting in Power BI and Fabric to support budgeting invoicing and operational decision-making.
- Take responsibility for key BI processes such as budget cycles month-end reporting and yearly reviewsensuring they run smoothly and deliver high-quality outputs.
- Foster a culture of transparency and knowledge sharing so best practices and insights flow freely across teams and departments.
