Design and implement a zone sales planto achieve zone public Emergency Care (EC) Sales & OIT targets and drive NRP/CP growth.
Deploy EC Channel strategyand effectively manage channel partners to maximize market penetration.
Build and develop a high-performing sales teamfocused on driving EC product sales and market share.
Youre the right fit if:
You hold aBachelors degreewithover 10 years of sales experiencein the medical device industry preferably with a focus on Emergency Care products.
You possessstrong business acumenand a keen sensitivity to market dynamics with a proven track record of success in the EC sector.
You have experience instrategic planning channel management and team leadershipwithin the Emergency Care or related medical device markets.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.
