As a Manager in our Cyber team youll lead engagements that help clients identify assess and manage cyber risks. Youll work across a range of industries advising on strategy governance risk management and technical solutions to strengthen cyber resilience.

Ko T Rourou Key Responsibilities
- Lead cyber risk assessments maturity reviews and threat modelling exercises.
- Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies and frameworks.
- Advise clients on regulatory compliance (e.g. ISO 27001 NIST NZ Privacy Act).
- Manage project delivery budgets and client relationships.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development.
Ng Pkenga Skills and attributes for success
- Proven experience in cybersecurity risk management or technology audit.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and threat landscapes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP CISM CRISC) are a plus.
- Experience in consulting or professional services is preferred.
