Our client an insurance giant is looking for a Programme Manager.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for delivery of digital transformation projects
- Plan the programme and monitoring its overall progress resolving issues and initiating corrective action as appropriate
- Prepare and manage regular comprehensive status reporting forums and mechanisms tailored to the management and stakeholders
- Overseethe development of programs that support an organizations main objectives
- Build manage and motivate the Project team
- Work with various project sponsors and stakeholders to prepare business case
- Define project scope timeline and budget
- Lead Project Managers in managing vendor or third party contributions to the programme as appropriate
Requirements
- University degree in Finance Computer Science Information systems Engineering discipline or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in Project Management preferably in insurance financial or consulting industry
- PMP certification will be an advantage
- Experience in working in large scale change projects
- Able to work under pressure and timeline driven environment
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
