Contract Administration & Accounting Associate
Duties:
Support full spectrum of office administrative functions including but not limited to office management facilities & equipment management
Perform expenses claim invoices input and invoicing verification
Responsible for office supplies stationery & printing materials ordering
Business trip travel arrangements
Perform reception duties & other ad hoc duties when needed
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above with 1 to 2years relevant experience
Proficiency in MS Excel Word Powerpoint
Good communication & interpersonal skills with all levels of staff
Good command of spoken & written English Mandarin
Immediately available is preferred
