Join our dynamic on-site maintenance team as a Maintenance Technician Specialist (Equipment Specialist). In this critical role youll act as a subject matter expert (SME) on specific technologies and lower-level controls used in our advanced Material Handling Equipment (MHE) systems. Youll lead complex troubleshooting efforts support system optimizations and deliver technical training to maintenance team members all to help ensure maximum uptime and performance across our automated operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead troubleshooting for complex electrical mechanical and control system failures.

  • Analyze PLCs VFDs IOs and network communication systems.

  • Collaborate with system specialists on upgrades and optimizations.

  • Perform preventive maintenance and minor system improvements.

  • Train and support Electromechanical Engineers and junior staff.

  • Ensure compliance with safety and HSE standards.

Requirements:

  • Min. 2-year technical degree and 35 years of experience in MHE or automation.

  • Strong knowledge of lower-level controls (LLC) PLC diagnostics and industrial networks.

  • Experience with CMMS SCADA or WES systems is an advantage.

  • Able to read technical diagrams and resolve faults independently.

  • Team player with good problem-solving skills.

Language Requirements:

  • Czech mandatory

  • English min. B1 level (reading documentation and basic communication)

Other:

  • Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends or nights.

  • Physically fit to handle on-site tasks (lifting up to 25 kg working at heights).
