Job Title: Partner Sales Leader (China)
Location: Beijing Shanghai preferred

The job
We are looking for a Partner Sales Leader to drive double digit revenue growth of AVEVA Software and best partner/channel experience. This position carries the China Indirect target and hands on approach to driving sales through partners/channels. To be successful in this role one should have strong collaborative ways of working strategic thinker to develop partner/channel business plan and professional execution and experience in China partners ecosystem development and management.
Key responsibilities
The Partner Manager role is focused in driving indirect sales. This position will be quota carrying. You will be required to develop business plan for assigned partners present to your reporting manager and execute the plans. Interpersonal skills indirect sales and collaborative sales approach are critical to responding to daily channel-centric activities
Develop and execute China Indirect business plan short term and mid-term (1 to 3 years)
Support Indirect team to ensure targets are achieved
Partner Sales Leader goes on customer sites to lead and support closing opportunities when required or requested
Lead quarterly business review with assigned partners and analyze each partners performance
You will work with partners ensuring forecast accuracy leads are followed up promotions are planned and executed and customers are satisfied
You will be responsible for recruiting and expanding the right partners with specific expertise and market coverage required by go-to-market strategy not limited to resellers strategic solution providers systems integrators etc.
Work with cross functional teams (internal and external) to ensure timely resolution of the partners escalations and issues involving different internal teams
Build and maintain relationships with all key partner principals and team and remove obstacles to grow business
In this position you will be required to perform channel governance and build new relations
Maintaining partner competence through enablement training and certifications
Arbitrate conflict resolution between partners professionally
Essential experience and desired skills
Over 15 years of proven experience in enterprise-level software sales and/or partner management with a track record of sustained success.
Able to demonstrate value-added selling through the AVEVA FLEX Program driving ARR growth through subscription models.
Deep knowledge and experience in Operations Technology (OT) applications AVEVA product lines and other operational and engineering applications would be an advantage
Solid understanding of Chinas OT channel/distributor ecosystem including experience in building local partnership strategies and managing regional networks.
People leadership experience in guiding small high-performance channel sales teams.
Demonstrable expertise in channel management sales strategy development and partner enablement.
Strong social and organizational skills with the ability to develop cross-functional networks and collaborate across departments.
Willing to travel within China for business purposes.
