Manage Alps daily activities.
Technical Support for all Areas (Automation and Mechanics).
Manage a team of Project Managers and Specialists.
Interface with other Operations Development teams and with other functions.
Support demand process (Generate prioritize and fulfil) on product group or regional level.
Maintain the N6M project plan for the team.
Secure Project Excellence.
Secure participation in Competence Networks.
Foster a performance culture locally as well as in the PG.
Set and follow up on targets for the team and each employee broken down from Operations Development and Operations overall level (cascading the strategy).
