Are you a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual looking to begin a rewarding career in finance Our client is on the hunt for an enthusiastic Trade Finance Analyst to join their thriving team in Sofia Bulgaria. As an entry-level position this is the perfect opportunity to gain comprehensive experience in the fast-paced world of foreign exchange and commodities transactions.

As a Trade Finance Analyst you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless trade operations by serving as a central liaison between various internal and external stakeholders. Youll be responsible for everything from trade flow support to unmatched trades mapping failure break resolution and reporting.

Primary Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Accurate trade entry and position checks
  • Resolving issues and settlement as a point of contact for Trading and Operations teams
  • Collaborating with internal and external parties to address trade confirmation and settlement queries
  • Ensuring trade flow accuracy and verifying books and records for listed products in a timely manner
  • Monitoring technical issues with FX systems and portals and coordinating with System Support teams for resolution

Requirements:

  • Fluent English communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced multitasking environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including lookups pivot tables Macros/Automation and VBA
  • Flexibility to work during peak hours including evenings and holidays
  • Highly analytical mindset with strong investigative skills
  • Proactive self-starter with a motivation to learn quickly

Hours: 40 hours/week - Monday to Friday. Shifts based on weekly rotation - 8am-5pm 12pm-9pm 5pm-1am.
