Job Description
The Trade Support Team (Operations) supports the planning and execution of in-store trade experiences across The Warehouse and Warehouse Stationery stores. This role ensures promotional seasonal and event-based activity is delivered on time on brand and to a high standard enhancing customer engagement and driving sales.
Quick snapshot of the role:
- Trade execution support Assist in delivering national promotional seasonal and campaign events in-store. Prepare execution packs layouts and visual guides for stores.
- Store capability and support Provide clear instructions and tools to stores for successful execution. Respond to store queries and support resets as needed
- Cross-Functional Collaboration- Work closely with VM specialists Merchandise and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and feasibility of initiatives
- Project Coordination - Support the creation and tracking of execution timelines for campaigns and events. Ensure milestones are met and issues are escalated promptly
- Customer Experience Focus -Use store feedback and customer insights to suggest improvements to trade experiences
Qualifications :

- Skilled in managing and resolving retail execution and event challenges
- Familiarity with space planning or visual merchandising tools

- Experience supporting national retail campaigns
