Job Description

The Trade Support Team (Operations) supports the planning and execution of in-store trade experiences across The Warehouse and Warehouse Stationery stores. This role ensures promotional seasonal and event-based activity is delivered on time on brand and to a high standard enhancing customer engagement and driving sales.

Quick snapshot of the role: 

  • Trade execution support Assist in delivering national promotional seasonal and campaign events in-store. Prepare execution packs layouts and visual guides for stores.
  • Store capability and support Provide clear instructions and tools to stores for successful execution. Respond to store queries and support resets as needed
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration- Work closely with VM specialists Merchandise and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and feasibility of initiatives
  • Project Coordination - Support the creation and tracking of execution timelines for campaigns and events. Ensure milestones are met and issues are escalated promptly
  • Customer Experience Focus -Use store feedback and customer insights to suggest improvements to trade experiences

Qualifications :

Were looking for someone who gets retail you know how stores tick what great execution looks like and what they need from the Store Trading Experience team to truly deliver.

  • Strong understanding of store operations
  • Experience in retail operations or visual merchandising
  • Skilled in managing and resolving retail execution and event challenges
  • Familiarity with space planning or visual merchandising tools
  • A collaborative mindset you work well with others and know how to influence
  • Curious open-minded and always looking to test learn and improve
  • Experience supporting national retail campaigns
