As a Graduate in our Engineering stream youll have the opportunity to work across a variety of hands-on projects to gain valuable experience including:
Collaborating with our leaders and technical specialists to support daily operations maintenance inventory control safety and quality activities.
Gaining practical experience in plant production reporting and analysis.
Being involved in productivity and continuous improvement initiatives.
Learning and progressing your understanding of operations through engagement with the operations team.
Understanding our customers integral role in our business through exposure to our customer-facing engineering and sales teams.
Developing troubleshooting skills during plant and facility issues and assisting with solutions.
Preparing and reviewing documents required by the Company local regulatory corporate safety and industrial standards.
We are looking for individuals who aspire to be the next future leaders of Air Liquide and who possess:

A passion for engineering coupled with recent qualifications inMechanical Chemical or Electricalengineering.

To be eligible to apply for our Graduate Program you will:
Have valid work rights for a minimum of 18 months from January 2026.
Have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate Engineering degree(Chemical Mechanical or Electrical)in the last three years (i.e.) or be due to complete by December 2025.
Be available to commence full-time employment from January 2026
