Job Profile

As a leading provider of financial services surveying and valuation and estate agency franchising services LSL are looking for a People Services Advisor to join our Group People Team. Based in our brand new offices in Newcaslte youll play a vital role in delivering high-quality employee relations support across the business. Youll be the go-to advisor for managers and colleagues ensuring every case is handled with professionalism empathy and in line with best practice and employment law. Working closely with our People Business Partners and People Directors youll help shape a positive workplace culture while driving continuous improvement.

As a People Services Advisor your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide expert advice on employee relations matters including disciplinaries grievances absence and performance management
  • Support in the preparation of documentation for settlement agreements mediation and tribunal cases.
  • Ensure all ER activity complies with UK employment law internal policy and best practice.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for managers and employees offering clear and consistent guidance.
  • Collaborate with the People Business Partner and People Director on complex or high-risk cases.
  • Support policy reviews organisational change and wider People projects.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes toolkits and manager capability.
  • Keep up to date with employment legislation and HR trends to drive continuous improvement.

What youll bring:

  • ER experience in a fast-paced environment

  • CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent)

  • Strong UK employment law knowledge

  • Great communication & problem-solving skills
