THE ROLE
Your role is to participate in the development of the retail Beauty sales You will ensure that customers are given a quality service at counter as well as a customized consultation being able to advise and demonstrate full product range with your expert knowledge on both Make-up and Fragrance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Achieve targets and KPIs and increase brand sell-out
- Provide outstanding quality of service by following our sales techniques and service codes conduct demonstration of products
- Ensure the counter is clean tidy and well maintained
- Apply brands visual merchandising and in-store excellence guidelines
WHAT YOULL BRING
ESSENTIAL:
- 2 years work experience in make-up artistry
- Make-up school graduated - degree that includes fashion runway and editorial make-up courses
- Creative artistic charismatic open minded
- Connected to the brand core values
- Able to understand the brands aesthetic: recognize its style and create an appropriate original look for it and in line with it
- Strong communication & listening skills
- Able to deal with a fast-paced work environment
