Job Description: Business Development Representative
PCS Software Inc. is seeking a Houston Texas based Business Development Representatives to join the Marketing team. This position starts with a base salary of $50000 annually plus a commission plan that rewards for performance with an on-target earning for the first year of $75000. After the first year your earnings are up to you as the sky is the limit in sales commission for motivated individuals.
This is an excellent position for recent college graduates seeking a long term career in SaaS software sales or those who currently work at a brokerage in the transportation industry and are looking for the next move in their sales career and are use to a high volume of calls daily and understand the transporation industry personas.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
This position is targeted at candidates who recently graduated or are about to graduate with a bachelors degree in Business Communications STEM Entrepreneurship Industrial Distribution Maritime or Logistics/Supply Chain with an interest in making sales and business development their career focus or those who have one to three years of post bachelor experience in the sales industry and are looking to focus on a long term career in the SaaS sales industry.
