Our client is a leader in supplying innovative industrial products and customized parts for automation devices and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Being responsible for designing and developing innovative digital solutions in logistic operations such as AGV or Automation-machine.
- Coordinating with Warehouse Operation and IT to initiate Kaizen improvement. Including negotiating with Suppliers for cost savings.
- Monitoring and maintaining automation systems troubleshooting issues and regular warehouse maintenance (checklist Spare part Monthly report). And also do Corrective and Preventive Maintenance for all Warehouse equipment.
- Monitoring and maintaining supporting infrastructure related to IT: Security Network and Server.
- Developing and maintaining documentation for automation systems and processes in compliance with all applicable standards.
- Being able to travel and install Warehouse related equipment at Customer Site (Local).
- Supporting warehouse activities; 5S and safety.
Requirements
- Graduated with a bachelor of Mechanical / Electrical / Automation or IOT or IT.
- Proven experience in warehouse automation and systems integration.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations process optimization AI and machine learning.
- Proficiency with automation technologies and control systems.
- Required experience with programming languages relevant to automation (e.g. Python PLC programming).
- Preferred experience with CAD software programs (e.g. AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
