Job Description
Overview:
Were looking for passionate builders who thrive in startup environments people who love creating from scratch solving unthinkable use cases and scaling systems that can handle massive traffic. This role demands versatility ownership and a strong product mindset. Youll work across technologies collaborate directly with stakeholders and help shape both the product and the technical roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Build and scale high-performance distributed SaaS systems using microservices architecture.
- Develop component libraries design systems and tools with TypeScript and React.
- Own problems end-to-end: from design and implementation to testing and delivery.
- Lead and mentor engineers ensuring code quality and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to create exceptional user experiences.
- Contribute to architecture decisions technical strategy and roadmap planning.
Requirements
- 6 years of hands-on experience building web applications with and React.
- Strong expertise in modern frontend tools (ES6 React Redux Webpack) and responsive web development.
- Experience with backend and databases (PostgreSQL MongoDB REST APIs AWS Linux Git).
- Proven experience leading engineering teams and driving ownership of code quality.
- Ability to write testable maintainable and scalable code.
- Strong product and design sensibility with attention to detail.
- Curious adaptable and eager to dive into new technologies and problem areas.
- (Bonus) Degree in Computer Science or related field.
