Please note: As this internship is offered under the IEFP framework we can only consider applications from candidates who have completed studies in one of the following fields: Management OR Administration at Bachelor level 6
Join Our Team as Procurement Intern (IEFP)
Location: Porto Hipercentro Areosa Business Park
Hybrid Model: Work from home/office (3 days in office)
Duration: 6 months

What Youll Be Doing:
- Purchase order creation and follow-up with suppliers and local stakeholders
- Purchase requisition validation
- Price list creation update and validation based on supplier contracts
- Price discrepancy resolution
- Procurement month-end reports
- Operational task execution via ticketing system
- Participation in process improvement and optimization activities
- Collaboration with teammates peers local and global stakeholders within a multicultural environment
What Were Looking For:
- Recent Graduate Eligible for IEFP internship and bachelors degree in Management or Administration
- Passion & Curiosity Youre excited about delivering sustainable value with standard consistent & digitally enhanced processes
- Eager to Learn Youre ready to roll up your sleeves ask questions and contribute
- Strong Communication & Collaboration Whether remote or in-person youre a team player who can share ideas clearly

To be eligible for the internship you must be registered as unemployed in the IEFP and have an official qualification certificate. Only candidates with a completed degree in Management Administration or Industrial Engineering and Management will be considered.
