About the Role
Were seeking a results-driven Supervisor Operations to lead key initiatives across inventory management lean operations and process improvement. This role is instrumental in driving operational efficiency cost savings and continuous improvement across our distribution centre.
Role Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory accuracy stock forecasting and audits
- Drive OPEX and Lean programs to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead and deliver training on Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies
- Manage cross-functional operational and infrastructure projects from planning to go-live
- Support daily operations planning KPI setting and systems optimisation
- Provide reporting and analysis to drive informed decision-making
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures
- Ensure health safety and compliance across all operational processes
Role Requirements
- 25 years experience in inventory or warehouse operations
- Exposure to high-volume fast-paced distribution environments
- Hands-on experience with WMS ERP and labour management systems
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel Word PowerPoint and Visio
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma Kaizen and continuous improvement tools
- Strong analytical decision-making and project management skills
- Proven ability to lead coach and influence across teams
- Commitment to health & safety best practices
