SAP ARIBA/ LOGISTICS - ASSOSIATE BUSINESS ANALYST
Job Roles:
- Provide support maintenance services and issue resolution for SAP Ariba and SAP MM.
- Implementing projects enhancement and support operations within SLA and ensure the work is carried out according to defined SOPs.
- Conducting requirement study with business users for new projects and enhancement.
- Prepare design documents test scripts and others necessary in accordance with SOP.
- To act as the touch point for users of those modules for issues queries and enhancements.
- Facilitate system improvements and enhancements that would minimize manual operations.
- Work independently to find solutions be it doing research or liaising with consultants and other external parties.
- Provide training to end-users when required or as requested by them.
- Assess impact of support issues and recommend for enhancement and resolution where suitable.
- Determine requirements and deliverables through discussions with users and client where applicable.
- Ensure proposal change request or service order fulfills user requirements in terms of scope deliverables and timing.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in IT or related field with working knowledge of applications support system trouble shooting.
- Preferably with 2 years SAP Ariba and SAP MM experience in vendor or end user environment.
- Involvement in 1 full cycle of SAP Ariba procure to pay system implementation.
- Flexible to work both in projects and support team.
- Pleasant personality with good people handling and communication skills.
- A self-starter and able to work independently.
- Good understanding in business process flow in an integrated system environment.
