As part of ongoing expansion we are currently hiring a Project Manager for an exciting Residential Commercial and Mixed Useproject located in Dublin.

Manage all phases of project delivery including planning budgeting scheduling and execution.
Coordinate with internal teams subcontractors consultants and clients to align on project objectives and deliverables.
Monitor and control project scope timelines and costs to ensure on-time within-budget delivery.
Enforce and promote safety standards and compliance protocols on site.
Provide clear and timely project updates and reports to stakeholders.
Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to reduce potential delays or issues.
Bachelors degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
Experience on projects such as pharmaceutical facilities data centres residential developments civil works or transport infrastructure.
Prior experience working with Tier 1 main contractors either in Ireland the UK or internationally.
In-depth understanding of construction methods materials and project lifecycles.
Strong leadership problem-solving and communication skills.
