Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain customer master data ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-related initiatives.
- Offer outstanding customer service and support to internal and external collaborators.
- Analyze and resolve data discrepancies and issues.
- Develop and implement data quality improvement processes.
- Ensure compliance with data policies and procedures.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of data management documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service or data management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data management tools and software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Diligent with a strong focus on accuracy.
