Pay:
HK$34070 to HK$66291 (HGPS point 13 to 27) per month including Monthly Allowance
Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Plan coordinate and organize events including ceremonies hospital visits exhibitions online seminars and community activities.
2.
Maintain a good rapport with the media and arrange media activities such as press conferences interviews and workshops.
3.
Prepare content materials including news articles newsletters social media content speeches posters pamphlets and websites.
4.
Provide administrative assistance in the preparation of reports presentation files papers and minutes; coordinate meeting logistics and handle liaison duties.
5.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the engagement in various hospital programmes and projects.
6.
Assist in crisis and incident management from a corporate communications perspective.
7.
Perform any other related and ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.
Entry Requirements:
1.
University degree or equivalent preferably with major in communications public relations journalism mass media or marketing.
2.
At least 2 years of experience in corporate communication public relations or related fields with particular focus on event stream.
3.
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese with fluency in Putonghua.
4.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5.
Proficiency in common computer applications e.g. MS Word Excel PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
Preferred Attributes:
1.
With knowledge and experience in multimedia broadcasting production and event organization
2.
Experience in crisis and incident management and liaising with national and international guests.
3.
Proactive detail-oriented and be able to work independently under tight deadline and multi-tasking.
4.
Willing to perform on-call duties and work outside normal office hours.
