SENIOR SHOPIFY FULL STACK DEVELOPER
Location: Remote (LATAM)
Compensation:
- LATAM :$2500$3500/month
Schedule: Full-time EST Long-term role
About the Role
Were looking for a Senior Shopify Full Stack Developer who can do more than just write clean code someone who can architect world-class ecommerce experiences. Youll take the lead on custom builds integrations and performance optimization while collaborating closely with clients and cross-functional teams.
Youll work across Shopify themes Shopify Hydrogen storefronts and custom app development ensuring that each project isnt just functional but fast scalable and beautifully executed. This role is perfect for a developer who thrives in a fast-paced creative agency environment and wants to be at the forefront of Shopify innovation.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom Shopify themes using Liquid for responsive high-performance storefronts.
- Build and maintain Shopify Hydrogen storefronts leveraging React Remix and modern front-end frameworks.
- Architect and develop custom Shopify apps using Shopify CLI GraphQL Admin APIs Storefront APIs and TypeScript.
- Execute migrations to Shopify 2.0 and perform Shopify Plus checkout customizations.
- Integrate Shopify stores with ERP OMS CRM payment gateways tax and shipping systems.
- Optimize Core Web Vitals site speed and SEO performance.
- Maintain code quality through Git-based workflows code reviews and automated testing.
- Lead technical discovery sessions with clients and provide accurate time and cost estimates.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years of full-stack development with 3 years focused on Shopify.
- Expert-level skills in Liquid JavaScript (React Remix TypeScript ) HTML5 CSS3.
- Strong experience with Shopify APIs (GraphQL Storefront API) and Hydrogen development.
- Proficiency in ERP and third-party system integrations.
- Strong understanding of API security OAuth flows and AWS services.
- Excellent command of Git and collaborative deployment workflows.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments.
Nice-to-Haves
- Salesforce-to-Shopify or NetSuite integration experience.
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager Google Ads and Facebook Ads tracking.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments with Jira Asana or similar tools.
