Job Description
We need to focus on product managers that have brought new products to market from scratch and also from health care payer domain.

Job Title - Product Manager -
Location - Hybrid / On-site Bloomfield CT highly preferred or other Cigna hubs (NJ MO TN MN FL (Orlando) would have to work hybrid / onsite at other locations as well
Duration 12 months contract
Note Healthcare background must with technical and good communication skills.
MUST HAVES:
- 6 years of product management experience with a proven track record of bringing new products to market -particularly through coordination with multiple existing teams
- 3 years of healthcare product development including regulatory privacy and interoperability considerations: (HIPAA HITECH FDA etc)
- 3 years of experience with healthcare or digital health especially in patient- or provider-facing tool(s)
Qualifications:
- 6 years of product management experience with a proven track record of bringing new products to market -particularly through coordination with multiple existing teams.
- Ability to lead through influence across matrixed organizations aligning stakeholders without direct authority.
- Experience working with both platforms and experience with product teams in fastmoving or complex environments.
- Familiarity with healthcare product development including regulatory privacy and interoperability considerations.
- Excellent communication prioritization and execution skills. Preferred Attributes:
- Background in healthcare or digital health especially in patient- or provider-facing tools.
- Experience navigating systems with reusable components modular services and shared design patterns.
- Strong systems thinking with the ability to balance near-term delivery with long-term scalability.
- Comfort working in ambiguous environments with evolving business and technical constraints.
