Job Title: Product Development Coordinator (Intimates)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Product Development Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the development of prototype products and ensuring the overall development process for the product line runs smoothly.
This role will serve as the primary point of contact for development details with vendor partners and support the Signature Intimates team (Bras/Panties).

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the development of prototype products and monitor the full development process.
Serve as the liaison between vendors production technical and merchandising teams to ensure timely communication and execution.
Create and update seasonal composite sheets and classification charts.
Manage workflow of weekly updates to ensure composites are aligned with timelines and vendor communications.
Track product development activities including costing data entry and sample tracking.
Communicate design development details effectively to cross-functional teams.
Drive the product life cycle for the intimates category collaborating with two other team members reporting into a director.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Design or related field or equivalent experience.
3 5 years of product design and/or development experience.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Background in product development ideally within apparel or intimates.
Costing analysis experience and strong management skills.
Ability to take ownership of category responsibilities.
