Job Description
Job Title: Senior Manager Analytics - P&C Insurance
Location: USA (Preferred: Chicago Open to remote)
About the Role:
Were seeking a seasoned analytics leader to drive P&C insurance analytics & AI initiatives. This is a client-facing role requiring a blend of strategic vision data-driven execution and insurance expertise.
What Youll Do:
- Lead analytics & AI strategy for P&C clients
- Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of analytics solutions SQL SAS Power BI GenAI
- Develop insights & dashboards for underwriting claims and pricing
- Guide and mentor high-performing analytics teams
- Partner with business development teams on new opportunities and RFPs
What Youll Bring:
- 10 15 years in analytics with deep P&C insurance expertise
- Hands-on skills in SQL SAS Power BI and exposure to Generative AI
- Strong consulting client engagement and leadership skills
- Experience with analytics-driven transformation in insurance
