Job Description

Job Summary:

This Medical Assistant position supports multiple physicians in an ambulatory care setting. Responsibilities include processing authorizations coordinating patient treatments and performing other related administrative and clinical tasks. Oncology experience is preferred but not required.

Location: Mission Viejo California United States

Responsibilities:

- Processing patient authorizations.
- Coordinating patient treatments.
- Performing other administrative tasks as needed.
- (Potentially) Phlebotomy.

Required Skills & Certifications:

- One year of medical office or ambulatory experience.
- Excellent multitasking teamwork and learning abilities.
- BLS certification.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

- Phlebotomy certification.
- Oncology experience.

Special Considerations:

- No weekend or holiday work.
- Potential for floating to a nearby facility (Providence Mission Laguna).

Scheduling:
- Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
