Job Description

Bioinformatics Analyst

Jersey City NJ

Contract

Remote option: No

Mandatory skills:

Experience with R python Cloud computing services (AWS) and analytics/visualization software (Spotfire) is preferred.
Masters or higher degree in Bioinformatics Computer Science or a related discipline
5 years experience in managing team with at least 34 bioinformatics programmers
Expert programmer in at least one language with experience working in production environments. We have a strong preference for R python and Java
Extensive experience with data modeling for analytical applications
Strong in Unix shell/Perl scripting
