Were looking for someone ambitious and detail-oriented to join our People team supporting everything from recruitment coordination and onboarding to employee experience and process improvement. This is more than just an HR admin role - its a launchpad into the world of People Operations inside one of Europes most global and dynamic startups.

Youll need to be based in Berlin and available to work from our hub near Moritzplatz as needed.
A snapshot of what you will be doing here (and why its exciting!)
This is not your average working student gig.
Youll be a vital force in making sure our People Operations run smoothly - but also in making them smarter faster and more human. Youll get hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle and have the freedom to improve how we do things at every step.
Youll work on:
Running key People processes (and making them better)
From onboarding new teammates to helping offboard leavers youll make sure every touchpoint is smooth and thoughtful. Youll also spot friction and improve how we do things so each experience gets better over time.
Solving real problems not just answering tickets
Of course youll support employees with questions about systems policies contracts and more - but well count on you to go a step further: spot patterns fix root causes and keep improving the knowledge base.
Owning the accuracy of our people data
Youll help maintain and clean our HRIS and other tools to support strong decisions and smooth operations across the org.
Creating clarity at scale
Whether its updating onboarding materials writing internal guides or documenting new processes youll help us scale knowledge and reduce ambiguity as we grow.
Supporting recruitment with precision and speed
Youll assist with scheduling contracts and logistics and look for ways to make it faster clearer and more delightful for candidates and hiring teams alike.

Youre based in Berlin (mandatory)
Youre currently enrolled in a university program in HR Business Psychology Law or something else that sharpens how you think and communicate.
Youre naturally curious and self-driven. You dont wait to be told what to do and you love figuring things out.
Youre calm in chaos. Ambiguity doesnt scare you; it energizes you to bring structure and clarity.
Youre a problem solver at heart - you dont just spot issues you suggest better ways to do things.

You love tools and systems and maybe even enjoy tinkering with them to simplify work. (Bonus if youve worked with Personio Leapsome Notion Google Sheets or similar tools.)
