PURPOSE OF ROLE
The working student supports the business operations and compliance within JTC.
In this position you will work closely together with the legal addition you will also explore the working field of CDD and compliance to support them in the day-to-day tasks.
You will also be part of projects such as drafting improving internal policies and keeping track of current developments in regulations. These regulations are specifically related to corporate law CDD anti-money laundering and sound business operations.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Supporting the business with various tasks that are linked to the operational business processes
Drafting memos regarding compliance and CDD;
Support CDD in KYC processes with the client;
Working with various internal teams;
Help to develop and continuously improve (compliance) policies and involvement in projects for the company to implement new regulations;
Involvement in projects for the company to implement new regulations.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Final year in Masters degree in law or business administration
- Interested in corporate service provider/trust industrys services
- English speaking Dutch is an advantage
- Pro-active Attention to detail
- Analytical and independent
- Strong writing and reporting skills
- Structured way of working
- Team player
