acemate is building the leading AI learning & teaching platform for higher education institutions. We have strong traction secured funding and are entering an exciting growth phase. Were now looking for an entrepreneurial generalist to join us as Founders Associate Intern and help accelerate our growth.
About acemate
Founded less than a year ago acemate has quickly become Germanys leading AI learning platform for universities trusted by top-tier institutions across three countries including TU Munich WHU and the Deutsche Industrie- und Handelskammer (DIHK).

- Anas (Fullstack): TypeScript specialist functional programming enthusiast chief photography officer
We have an office in Berlin and believe in the value of in-person work but were also realistic about the time people spend commuting.
Tasks
What Youll Do
As Founders Associate Intern youll work directly with Antong (CEO) and Paul (CPO) on high-impact topics across strategy sales marketing product operations and growth.
Tasks:
- Drive strategic initiatives: from market expansion and pricing to new partnerships and product launches
- Support the sales cycle: help identify promising leads prepare sales calls and play a key role in moving opportunities forward
- Boost our B2C presence: from social media (organic paid influencer) to SEO/SEA referral loops ambassador programs and other initiatives
- Turn data into action: analyze product data and user behavior to identify growth levers and test monetization ideas
- Build our brand: contribute to our content events community and thought leadership
- Take charge of internal ops: improve workflows processes and help us scale internal systems across finance investor relations and tooling
Requirements
What Were Looking For
- Relevant experience: Youve worked in startups consulting VC investment banking or other fast-paced high-performance environments
- Strategic & hands-on: You can zoom out and think big but youre just as ready to roll up your sleeves and execute
- Analytical mindset: Youre comfortable with numbers structured thinking and turning data into decisions
- Excellent communicator: Youre fluent in both German & English and comfortable leading conversations with users customers and decision-makers
- Commitment to excellence: Youre driven to go above and beyond when it matters
- AI-native: You integrate AI in almost every workflow without outsourcing your thinking
- Availability: Youre available for 3-6 months
