Focused on addressing the prevalent issue of mental health distress among youth particularly those systematically excluded from mental health dialogue and action we adapt programming to cater to diverse youth demographics and communities across Canada. As our new People Operations Coordinator you will help create a responsive people-first experience across every stage of the employee lifecycle. You will support the day-to-day HR function while keeping operations organized and efficient ensuring that remains an exceptional place to work. Your Impact
The People Operations Coordinator will play a key role in supporting HR and people operations functions. Approximately 75% of the role is focused on core HR tasks including onboarding employee support documentation and benefits administration. The remaining 25% supports office coordination and internal operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
