Job Description

Responsibilities
- As CRM Specialist youll be instrumental in delivering CRM excellence across your region aligned with Capitals global strategy. Your mission:
- Own and execute regional CRM strategyin collaboration with the global CRM team
- Build and manage high-impact CRM campaigns both automated and ad hoc
- Optimise performance across CRM channelsincluding email push SMS and more
- Work with data teamsto analyse performance report on key metrics and implement improvements based on insights
Requirements
- 24 years experiencein CRM marketing email marketing or lifecycle marketing
- Proficiency in data analysisand performance reporting
- Experience working with CRM platforms and customer data tools
- AB2C backgroundis preferred
- A proactive results-oriented approach and a keen eye for detail
- Business level proficiency in English or above (equivalent to B2 or above inCEFR)
